Where the spiritual rubber meets the road!

It's my belief that Love is the only religion, and we are all channels for the healing spirit of God (Abwoon). At the heart of all the messages found here is that within each of us dwells a living, immediate and constant presence, the immanent spirit of The Living God. A personal relationship is truly possible with the Creator, however it must be pursued, practiced, nurtured, and continuously proven in order that we can learn to recognize God within and without.

ACWW works to spread a message of devotion and remembrance of God at all times, with truthful living, equality of mankind, living life with no superstitions nor blind rituals. Being devoted to living a spiritually conscious life and building this life, a living church, on works, not stone or wood. Every person truly is directly connected to The Creator as a temple of the living God and therefore a “church” and a “minister” in your own right.

FIVE FOCUS POINTS

Worship - Worship is a way of living, an attitude and practice of the Presence, of ‘praying without ceasing’ and a way of being 24/7/365. It is from this perspective that worship and praise truly is a fragrant gift to our Beloved Abwoon.

Prayer - Communication with our Creator, freely giving over our lives, longings and belongings, and listening to the ‘still small voice’ is a continual practice. There are different forms of prayer practice such as inner focus or inner listening, meditation, acting on your conviction or belief, the request, the prayer of gratitude and intercessory prayer. Each will be covered in this SoulGym section and there are some divinely inspired prayers I have received that are in the SoulTalk section. Sincere prayer coming from your heartfelt longings and wishes, gratitude for what you are already given and what you fully know will be provided is what God finds fragrant and pleasing and blesses with fulfillment.

There are times that no words can express that for which we wish to pray. In these times, no prayer is necessary as all we need and require is already known by God/Abwoon. As Paul said in the New Testament, Romans 8:26 (KJV), “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.”

Meditation - Within the context of daily living, work to establish as much time possible, especially before rising or going to sleep, to read and study scriptures or spiritual literature and to meditate on these things. And even more important is it to just listen and practice the Divine Silence (meditation) by going deep within for a period of time each and every day--at least as often as is possible, even if it's only for a few minutes here and there.

Discipleship/Devotion - With honesty and humility, dedicate all you do--the work of your day and the sharing of your gifts--as it is of utmost importance to live the interior life within and let it blossom and share it with the world in becoming more Christ-like in all aspects of living, being and doing.

Evangelism - Sharing the good news through good word and deed is an important part of a spiritual life in order to be an example to others that they might be lead into a closer and more conscious, rich relationship with Abwoon--as we are all God's children and in truth brothers and sisters in Spirit. It is our work, yours and mine, to kindle love in the heart of everyone we encounter and not just by words because sometimes words kill the feeling, however, by your Spirit, the love in your heart which gives light and life. It is the Spirit of love in any kind gesture that always lives on in the memory of the receiver. It’s that Spirit of Love that draws people readily and yields much where words or doctrine fail. What people do is much more important than what they say.

Like the spiral which is an ancient symbol reflecting the universal pattern of growth and evolution, so too does it represent a reminder of your personal growth and evolution. The spiral pattern appears again and again in the natural world from the Milky Way galaxy to snail shells. The living spiral does not begin or end, it is an ongoing process of innocence, discovery, community, and the essence that connects all things. So, realize that your practice should be gentle and gradual like the spiral gently growing outward and inward.

The realization of the potency of calm stillness--make time EVERY day to be silent and in silence if only a few minutes.
Practice being in the moment and first see what is in your heart and what it is you are called to give before acting in each situation that comes your way--is it your ego seeking gratification, or is it your open heart that wishes to give.
Make a list of five to ten things that you are grateful for that have happened in the last 24 hours, and do this every day for a month. Watch how your perception of life and the world around you does in fact change for the better!
Observe all of life, your thoughts, actions and interactions, feelings and emotions. Become an observer of life without judgment. Ask questions and wonder about what goes on around you and between you and others...you do not know it all.
Discriminate in what is important and necessary--learn to separate the wheat from the chaff in your life. Learn to say "No". Someone once said, "I like myself best when I have less on my plate."
Forgive everyone who ever did anything to you in your entire life--whether real or imagined.
Allow things to be as they are while practicing being the observer of your life both inner and outer expressions.
Do not take things personally. Things happen and people say and do things that are very rarely about you--it is usually more about them, their perceptions, limitations and problems.
Serve God in others--see everyone as a brother or sister.
The key to a joyful and uplifted life (and a less convoluted life review at your transition) is to:
- examine your actions on a daily basis
- ask God for complete guidance to create the necessary changes that ultimately lead to peace and love
Meditate.
Make it a point to practice listening more. Start by picking one day of the week to practice listening to the other person without thinking about what you're going to say back--really listen and take that person in completely. Over time add another day...
Remember to honestly and generously give praise, gratitude and appreciation throughout your life. Sprinkle it all around you and everywhere in life--you'll be surprised at how people and things will bloom all around you!
Begin with giving to yourself first, then into your family, expand into your community, and grow into giving to the world. Only when you are nourished and rested, then the energy to give to others will just flow through you from the source of All.
Journal about what you are witness to within yourself; your dreams, about life and death; beginnings and endings; starts and finishes; successes and attempts.
Allow God/Abwoon to direct your life and learn the language of the Holy Spirit. Life becomes magical beyond belief when you turn your life over to the Holy Spirit, and it becomes expanded in ways you could not have orchestrated if you tried.
Commend yourself daily to the Holy Spirit to choose for God for you in everything.
Look for signs of the Creator’s hand in your life through the agency of the Holy Spirit in your dreams, synchronicities, signs, intuitions and inspirations unlike of your own making.
Choose a word or quality of God and live it for a period of time, like spaciousness, awe, joy, compassion, etc. and see what happens in your life to mirror that quality you focus on and hold in your consciousness.
Realize daily that you are a steward of the earth and that ultimately you own nothing and will one day leave this world with nothing EXCEPT that which you carry in your heart and memory. Look around you and see what you no longer need or desire and give it away to someone who will need it or cherish it as a way to practice letting go of it all and therefore keeping what you really want and need instead of getting buried in "stuff". Remember what the Beatles said, "...and in the end the love you take is equal to the love you make."
Discipline is... 1. Do what has to be done; 2. When it has to be done; 3. As well as it can be done; and 4. Do it that way every time. Then let go of the outcome and move on to the next thing.
Read inspiring literature of a diverse nature in the early morning before you begin your day and again at the end of your day before you go to sleep so that you fill your mind and feed your spirit and engage your soul regularly. Here great growth in consciousness can occur with an open and thirsty mind and heart for more of God’s teachings and knowledge found in many disciplines and from many teachers and countries. You may even be gifted by the Holy Spirit with special understanding or insights on what you read and learn.
Practice viewing your day in your mind before you get out of bed in the morning. Visualize how you're going to feel about your day and what you are going to do and what you might encounter--just a couple of things. Then let it go and forget it and see if what you imagine unfolds for you. Keep practicing this and over time, you might be quite surprised at what you find happening.
Divine Providence depicts God caring for individuals and all of mankind, enlisting humans in a process of making free choices with the aim of creating a heaven within the human race. Ponder this question thoughtfully: When will you allow the Source of All to become through you all that you seek in your heart?
Always do your best and do what is yours, that which comes through you from God--use your God given gift made manifest out in the world, not just for the few close friends, but for all mankind.
Pray the prayers of your heart. Praise God from your heart and always in the affirmative with praise, gratitude and appreciation for all of the His wondrous gifts and guidance at all times, for all occasions and all things--especially BEFORE you have seen or received your desired outcome. "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." Matthew 21:22 (KJV)
Practice at least once a day to do something kind for someone else and let no one know about it. If you get caught or speak about it, then try again.
Challenge yourself to go one month without complaining, moaning, or criticizing.
Get over yourself -- stop all: self-criticism, self-condemnation, self-righteousness, self-rejection, etc.

To best nurture and grow your relationships:

Spend time expressing your own creativity rather than trying to fix your partner or friend(s).
Eliminate the barrier to speaking and hearing the truth about everything.
Break the destructive cycle of blame and criticism.
Become a master of verbal and non-verbal appreciation--your relationships will last, thrive, flourish and nurture you for a lifetime!
